Create a reminder, get reminded of it, and tell your friends to do the same.

Bzzt is designed to help you remember things. Once you create a reminder, Bzzt will remind you periodically throughout your day from the hours of 8AM to 6PM. Bzzt wont remind you during the night. Unless you tell it to. Just enable push notifications.

For your frown-upside-downers Bzzt lets you spread positivity and influence others by letting you share your reminders. Just tell the app you want to "think a positive thought" and when Bzzt reminds you, you can remind your friends.

Currently in Bzzt there are three reminder type settings: Sometimes, Often, Bug Me!

Each of these reminder types will send you notifications at different times of the day. Some are more often than others, and each have specific reasons for being in the app.

Sometimes:
- You will be reminded at least three times per day. It could be in the morning, or it might be at night. Bzzt will pick between two and three random times during your day to remind you. Use this setting to receive reminders like "Take A Break" or "Think A Positive Thought."

Often:
- This reminder settings will trigger randomly up to six times per day. "Often" is programmed to choose between four and six random times during your day. You might use this setting if you want to be reminded to "Drink Some Water" or to "Tell Mom I Love Her". This setting is meant to be more prominent in your day.

Bug Me!:
- This setting is meant to be very active during your day. "Bug Me!" will send you notifications up to eight times per day at random. Bzzt alert you approximately every hour and a half. This setting is great if you want to create a new habit, or break a bad one. You might use it to remind you things like "Stop Hunching Over", "Put the Phone Down", or "Compliment Yourself."

Bzzt can be used as anything from a simple stretch clock to a bad habit breaker. Starting a small change is statistically proven to lead to long term success.
